Returns:
If you're not completely satisfied with your skincare products, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at info@earthandsoulbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be:
• In original condition and packaging
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
